Please COME WASHED, BLOW DRIED AND PRODUCT FREE FOR ALL BRAID APPOINTMENTS.

Wash IS INCLUDED for all other styles.

Please be sure to add the overnight fee to appointments booked from 9pm-9am.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

THERE IS A 20% CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ANY NO SHOWS. Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking once. Additional changes will not be permitted.

Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid through our booking system’s secure payment processor.

Appointments

All services must be selected at the time of booking; no changes can be made later. Bookings after 9 PM require an overnight fee to be added

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. A 15 minute grace period will be given but after this your appointment will be cancelled, deposit lost and 20% will be charged on the card.
